South Cheshire French Circle 2023-2024
The South Cheshire French Circle is a well-established group based in Crewe and Nantwich but with members from all the neighbouring towns and villages. Our aim is to enable those who enjoy speaking French to share their enthusiasm in informal surroundings with others. We don't offer formal tuition but it is our tradition that members who are more fluent in their command of the language encourage and support those who are less confident. .
• Informal conversations in the Duke of Gloucester, Crewe Green at 11 30 on the 3rd Thursday of each month
commencing in September.
• Presentations and activities in French at Brookfield Hall, Shrewbridge Road, NantwichCW5 5DG at 19.00, usually on
the first Monday in each month
commencing in October.
We are keen to welcome new members who are looking for an opportunity to
practise their French in the company of other Francophiles
Our meetings should appeal to;
• those who have some knowledge of the language, even at a basic level, who wish to enhance their skills through regular contact with French speakers.
• those who already speak French competently and wish to meet others who share their interests
• those who have a fluent or native command of French and wish to share this to help others
